At Boulies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your seating experience. If your chair isn't the perfect fit, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components back into the original shipping box with all protective padding and manuals included.
Ship Back to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please ensure you retain your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
